El pueblo se convirtió en un pueblo sin gente. Un pueblo fantasmal. Solo unas pocas mujeres y niños permanecieron allí. Los hombres y los jóvenes fueron a buscar un trabajo y volvieron de vez en cuando para ver a sus familias. Al anochecer, algunas luces, hicieron que la aldea volviera a existir.

Pero desde el acantilado la vista no era la misma, parecía que incluso la brisa había cambiado de lugar. El aire olor a gasolina y la calma del mar se habían convertido en una terrible angustia al ver cómo se destruía toda la vida marina. Los peces muertos flotaban y todo era devastador. Las pocas personas que permanecieron, comenzaron a reconstruir y limpiar todo lo que había sido dañado.

Pasaron algunos años hasta que el pueblo volvió a la normalidad. Algunos de los que habían dejado regresaron y los barcos volvieron al puerto. Hope nació de nuevo con el temor de que la historia se repita.
