Answer 1

Answer:

Sachin Ramesh Tendulkar (/ˌsʌtʃɪn tɛnˈduːlkər/ (About this soundlisten); born 24 April 1973) is an Indian former international cricketer who served as captain of the Indian national team. He is widely regarded as one of the greatest batsmen in the history of cricket.[5] He is the highest run scorer of all time in International cricket. Considered as the world's most prolific batsman of all time,[6] he is the only player to have scored one hundred international centuries, the first batsman to score a double century in a One Day International (ODI), the holder of the record for the most runs in both Test and ODI cricket, and the only player to complete more than 30,000 runs in international cricket.[7] In 2013, he was the only Indian cricketer included in an all-time Test World XI named to mark the 150th anniversary of Wisden Cricketers' Almanack.[8][9][10] He is affectionately known as Little Master or Master Blaster.[11][12][13][14]

Tendulkar took up cricket at the age of eleven, made his Test debut on 15 November 1989 against Pakistan in Karachi at the age of sixteen, and went on to represent Mumbai domestically and India internationally for close to twenty-four years. In 2002, halfway through his career, Wisden Cricketers' Almanack ranked him the second-greatest Test batsman of all time, behind Don Bradman, and the second-greatest ODI batsman of all time, behind Viv Richards.[15] Later in his career, Tendulkar was a part of the Indian team that won the 2011 World Cup, his first win in six World Cup appearances for India.[16] He had previously been named "Player of the Tournament" at the 2003 edition of the tournament, held in South Africa.

Which most accurately describes the position of the Constitution of the Republic of Texas regarding slaves and free blacks?

Slavery was upheld and free blacks were considered citizens.
Slavery was abolished and free blacks were considered citizens.
Slavery was upheld and free blacks were not considered citizens.
Slavery was abolished and free blacks were not considered citizens.

Answers

Answer: Slavery was upheld, and free blacks were not considered citizens.

Explanation:

The Republic of Texas, with its constitution, sought to restrict the freedoms of African Americans who enjoyed the rest of the country at the time. The Constitution designated African Americans as a special category that needed to have their property rights restricted. Still, it also forbade them to digest without the approval of the Congress of the Republic of Texas. The constitution also forbade marriage to a person of another race. The ratification of the constitution in 1840 was even more rigorous. African Americans in Texas were given two years to leave the country because otherwise, they could be sold into slavery.

how are the previous events scientific revolution , enlightment, american revolution, and french revolution a cause of the latin america revolutions

Answers

The correct answer to this open question is the following.

Although there are no options attached, we can say the following.

Events such as the Scientific Revolution, the Enlightenment, the American Revolution, and the French Revolution, were a cause of the Latin American revolutions in that these events represented major influences in Latin American leaders due to the many ideas about politics, the form of government, division of powers in government, social contract, citizens rights, liberty, equity, fraternity, progress, and the use of reason and logic instead of the teachings of the Catholic church to explain natural phenomena.

For instance, during the Enlightenment times, bright minds came up with great ideas about the above-mentioned topics. We are talking about great thinkers and philosophers like Voltaire, John Locke, Thomas Hobbes, Baron of Montesquiou, and Jean-Jaques Roseau.

These innovative political, economic, and social ideas served as an inspiration to leaders such as Miguel Hidalgo y Costilla and Agustín de Iturbide in México, or Simon Bolívar in South America.

What is the density of the rock sample shown in the illustration above? F 0.2 g/cm 3 G 40 g/cm 3 H 5.0 g/cm 3 J 1.43 g/cm 3

Answers

Answer:

5 g/cm³

Explanation:

Density is the amount of matter contained by an object in a certain space. Density is the ratio of mass to volume. Density is given by the formula:

Density = mass / volume

We can see from the question, that initially the measuring cylinder contained a liquid with a volume of 100 cm³, but after the rock sample was immersed in the liquid, the volume rised up to 140 cm³. Hence:

The volume of rock sample = 140 cm³ - 100 cm³ = 40 cm³

Also, initially, the balance was at 0 g, but after placing the rock sample, it was 200 g. Hence:

mass of rock sample = 200 g

Therefore, Density of rock sample = mass of rock sample / volume of rock  sample = 200 g / 40 cm³ = 5 g/cm³
