I've been talking to this kid who has autism and ADHD. I told him what's been going on with me and this is what it is. I have always been fidgety. I would have to tap a pencil in my hand or shift my knee up and down or just sway my foot side to side. I have also had problems forgetting the little things I've always been able to do like: feed the dogs after you walk them
but I've been forgetting to feed them altogether
Another thing is that I keep getting distracted. I'll be in class and then stare at a window or stare and something and go into a completely different world. My mind just goes else where.
