What is the first aid for cramps?

Answers

Answer 1

Answer:

Take a hot shower

Massage the cramped area

Yup thats all i know

Answer 2

We all know that any cramp in our muscles is formed due to the secretion of lactic acid . This lactic acid is formed due to our muscles doing anaerobic respiration instead of aerobic respiration . Our muscles require oxygen to break down glucose itn energy and carbon dioxide . But our body muscles wont get this much needed oxygen due to which they will start to do anaerobic respiration where they produce energy without the usage of oxygen . When such a respiration happens lactic acid is secreted in our stomach , which makes our muscles start to form cramps . So we can say that tightness or soreness of muscles due to our muscles lacking oxygen is called as muscle cramps . So , a hot bath will be a very good remedy for cramps as it will let the oxygen pass through the body , thereby completely help the lactic acid turn into energy . When lactic acid breaks down completely to form energy the muscle cramps go away . Another first aid for cramps would be massaging the area with cramps . This will also increase the oxygen flow thereby making the lactic acid change into oxygen due to which the pain will go away . Another remedy for muscle cramps would be hot nor cold pads as they help ease the pain .
