Write an essay (about 200 words) answer the following topic (the essay should include an introduction, 2 body paragraph and a conclusion): Some people think that sending criminals to prison is not effective. Education and job training should be used instead. Do you agree or disagree?
Answer:
this is essay ----------
Explanation:
Some people think that some types of criminals should not go to prison. Instead they should do unpaid work in the community. To what extent do you agree?
Owing to the great variety of crimes that can be punishable by prison, some people argue that not all criminals are the same and it would therefore be more appropriate to give certain criminals community service instead. I agree that in some cases, prison may not be the best solution and community service would probably have more benefits.
One justification given for prisons is to keep society safe by removing criminals from the outside world. So the first thing to consider is if someone who has broken the law is a danger to other people. In the case of violent crime, there is an argument to keep the perpetrator away from society. However, burglary or possession of drugs, for example, does not involve violence against other people so the criminal does not present a direct danger to anyone in the community. Keeping these types of criminals in prison is expensive for the taxpayer and does not appear to be an effective punishment as they often commit the same crime again when they come out of prison.
Personally, I also believe punishments should reform people so they do not reoffend. A further reason not to put these people in prison is that they may mix with more dangerous and violent criminals, potentially committing a worse crime when they are released. By keeping them in the community, helping others, they not only learn new skills, but they could also develop more empathy and care towards others. If this occurs, society can only benefit.
Critics of this more rehabilitative approach to crime believe that justice should be harsh in order to deter people from committing similar crimes and that community service could be less likely to have that effect. However, there is very little evidence to suggest that long prison sentences deter criminals.
In conclusion, putting criminals who are not a danger to society in prison is expensive and, in my opinion, ineffective, both as a deterrent and as a form of rehabilitation. Community service for non-violent crimes benefits both society and the offender. That said, it would be useful to have more data to work out whether community service or prison is more likely to stop someone reoffending. I strongly believe that decisions on how best to deal with criminals should be based on evidence of what actually works.

how the law , the citizen can protect and support victims of xenophobia
Answer:
Kindly check explanation
Explanation:
Acts of discrimination committed by citizens of a particular on vistiors or immigrants is a way to describe xenophobia. It is similar or could be called a form of bigotry, as any act of discrimination on the basis of ethnic, religious, cultural or socula differences is condemnable. Sadly, these acts continue to persist at this very point in time when it could be seen that international relationship between countries are required to foster trade, peace and national development. Hence, it is a onus on not only the government but responsible citizens to act up and do what is required to abolish this mentality.
The government need to come up with both sensitization programmes while also laying down strict regulations and punishment against perpetrators of this dastard act. The citizen on its path need to show more dislike towards the action of their fellow citizens who indulge in this irresponsible acts. Rather Than support them or watch them without lending support, responsible citizens should also stand up against this behavior and challenge their fellow citizens to think and do the right thing.

Answer:
The correct answer is
B, C, and D. That is:
B) Were the steps completed in order?
C) What could be done differently in the future?
D) Was the expected outcome reached?
Explanation:
Completing the steps in the right order means that the possibility of errors is near zero.
Identifying what can be done differently in the future is a question that seeks to highlight areas of improvement over what has been done.
Whether or not the expected outcome was reached is the litmus test of success for the procedure. It doesn't matter whether or not everything was done right. If the objective was not attained, there is need to find out why. In fact, this question needs to come first before all others.
Depending on the nature of the procedure, the question about who else has completed the procedure may become relevant. An example is in medicine. If a patient indicates that a particular medication has been tried, or a particular surgical procedure has been carried, out before, it helps to narrow the options on the table to the next best possible alternative or solution. Hence making for better decision making.
