You need to power off the chromebook,wait for a while and then turn it back on,if that doesn’t work just search it up

Do you see that icon next to the turn on button? That icon indicates that the option was turned off by the school Administrators. There is no way to turn it on at your end unfortunately, so Linux is not an option on that chrome book.
