the stono rebellion led to the negro act of 1740 to address slavery in the colonies.

Explanation:

hope this helps:)

Answer 2

Answer: Stono is important because it changed the face of slavery in Carolina, and had ramifications for other colonies as well. It solidified slavery in a way that it hadn't been before, and probably would have happened anyway. But Stono was the catalyst. And it created a sense that they had to have a population of Africans who were American-born. They largely blamed this rebellion on the fact that the Africans were African, as opposed to being Negro, that is, born in America. So the first thing they wanted to do was cut off the trade. And they did that for ten years. And, of course, economics dictated that they would open it up again. The interesting thing about opening it up again is that they began to import for the most part different ethnic groups, a long way from the Congo-Angolan region. And this fed into their whole mythology about which Africans make the best servants, when in fact it was probably dictated by the economic needs and the fact that the Africans whom they imported were familiar with what they were going to cultivate on a massive scale, which was rice.

So Stono was sort of the beginning of the development of large-scale slavery in South Carolina and the concept that the black population had to be utterly controlled. And the legislation that came out of Stono, the Negro Act, took away whatever liberties the Africans had. And even those liberties that they didn't have, which the planters allowed them anyway, even though it was breaking the law, all of those things were rescinded.

The protection of private property by the fifth amendment of the constitution demonstrates the federal governments total laissez-faire approach to the US economy

True or False

Answers

The given statement " protection of private property by the fifth amendment of the constitution demonstrates the federal governments" is false because protection of private property by the fifth amendment of the constitution does not demonstrate the federal government's total laissez-faire approach to the US economy.

The fifth correction protects private property rights and ensures that the government can not take private property without just compensation. still, the government's approach to the frugality is  told  by a variety of factors, including  profitable  proposition, political  testament, and  literal  environment.

While the government may take a more or less hands- off approach to the frugality at different times, the protection of private property rights is a abecedarian aspect of the US legal system and doesn't  inescapably reflect a laissez- faire approach to the frugality.

However, rather than testing each individual separately, it has been decided first to group the people in groups of 19. The blood samples of the 19 people in each group will be pooled and analyzed together. If the test is negative, one test will suffice for the 19 people (we are assuming that the pooled test will be positive if and only if at least one person in the pool has the desease); whereas, if the test is positive each of the 19 people will also be individually tested and, in all, 20 tests will be made on this group. Assume the probability that a person has the desease is 0.04 for all people, independently of each other, and compute the expected number of tests necessary for the entire group of 304 people.
