One of the primary themes in The Outsiders is the struggle between the greasers and the Socs (pronounced SOSH-es). Describe each group. What is the main source of tension between the two groups? Are the two groups really so different?
Answer:
The greasers are sort of like the gangsters, there not rich, they have messy/greasy hair (which is where they get their nickname), and they're tough. The Socs are the rich kids, the act mean and selfish and they think that they are better than the greasers. The main source of tension between these two groups is how they're not able to fully understand each other, they always act tough and mean around each other. The two groups really aren't so different, besides money-wise, and all they needed was to get to know one another to become friends.
What is the theme for this passage? Provide an example from the story
once there was a mean little boy who lived in a small village. This mean little boy loved to mess with people, so one day he ran up to a sheep herder and shouted, “WOLF! WOLF! A wolf is attacking the town!” The sheep herder grabbed his staff and ran to defend the town, but realized he had been fooled when the boy started pointing and laughing at him. “Ha ha! I made you jump,” said the boy. Then the boy ran up to a farmer and shouted, “WOLF! WOLF! A wolf is attacking the town!” The farmer grabbed his pitchfork and ran to defend the town, but when the boy started pointing and laughing at him, he realized he had been tricked. As the boy went back to his family’s farm laughing about the funny trick he played, he saw a real wolf in his father’s chicken coop. As the wolf ate all of his father’s chickens, the boy screamed over and over again, “WOLF! WOLF! Please help us!” But nobody came to help him..
Answer:
Don't joke about things all the time because the one time your being serious no one will believe you.
Explanation:
As the wolf ate all of his father’s chickens, the boy screamed over and over again, “WOLF! WOLF! Please help us!” But nobody came to help him..

The author wants to insert the following sentence into the passage.
After the transformation, the bicycle seemed different and incomplete to me!
Where is the best place to insert the sentence?
I still remember the day I finally managed to ride a bicycle
on my own. I was about seven years old when my best
friend Graham told me that it was high time I started riding
the bicycle without the training wheels. At that time, I
thought it was a great idea. After all, I was the best kite
runner among my friends and could climb a tree faster than
anyone. So, riding a bicycle would not be such a difficult
task. With the help of my dad, Graham and I took the
training wheels off the bicycle. Now that the moment
had finally arrived, I could feel the butterflies in my
stomach. My legs were shaking, and my hands were sweaty
I gripped the handlebars tightly and stood calmly, ready to
start. Graham held onto the bicycle, and slowly, I started to
paddle. I gradually picked up speed, feeling confident,
because I knew Graham was right behind me, helping me
keep my balance. After some time, looking from the corner
of my eye I realized that Graham had just let go of the
bicycle. Initially, I lost balance for a few seconds, but
after a few encouraging words from Graham, I regained my
confidence. Feeling proud and happy, I rode toward Graham
who was patiently waiting with a big smile on his face.

Answer:
I'll do it
I am sitting here staring at a little square of the blank wall. My square where I can zone out and not think about my medication, my issues, where I am in life and what is going on. I am starting to zone out and think about when I can finally get out of this stupid mental hospital. Suddenly I stop zoning out as she taps me, Dr. Evans she says it's time for my medications and lunchtime.
I have been here multiple times now so she knows the joke I am about to make " Dr. Evans should I have the large cheeseburger maybe a milkshake and some chips to go with it"? Dr. Evans starts to shake her head as I giggle. I am in the hospital for depression and an eating disorder. We go to my room as I take my medications before lunch.
Although lunch doesn't sound amazing I do get to see some of my friends there so that's nice I guess. I don't eat though well obviously it's a serious issue that's effected me and everyone around me. I believe that if I eat something bad then I am bad I don't want to eat but I don't want my brother to see my like this I'm supposed to be strong for him and I feel like I've let him down.
I ended up staying in the hospital for about 2 months until I realized that I need to get better for my brother, for my mom, for my dad. This is a serious issue and it needs to get better I don't want to continue living like this I want to be happy and live a good life. I don't want to constantly look in the mirror and be upset.
They finally released me from the hospital and at home I help my mom cook dinner and I even eat some of it. A few months go by and I'm eating all 3 meals everyday and I'm feeling happier and stronger. I still visit my doctor's every now and then and thank them for everything they did for me. I'm so grateful that I got help from my doctor's, therapist, and my family.
